Your game stays on your device

Pocket Perfect stores your boards, settings, results, campaign progress, and hint usage on your device so the game can resume where you left it. We do not ask for your name, email address, contacts, precise location, or advertising identifier. Local game data remains on your device until you reset it where that option is available or delete Pocket Perfect and its data.

Usage analytics

Usage analytics is off until you choose to enable it. When enabled, Pocket Perfect sends limited usage data to Google LLC and its applicable affiliates through Google Analytics for Firebase. We may collect:

• App or browser instance, device type, operating system, app version, general region, and session information
• Which puzzle was started or submitted, score, move count, and whether perfect was reached
• Whether Chase Perfect, sharing, or the tutorial was used

We do not send your card-by-card moves or complete board arrangement. Analytics is not linked to an account and is not used for advertising, ad personalization, or tracking you across other companies' apps or websites.

Your analytics choice

You can turn usage analytics off or back on at any time in Pocket Perfect Settings. Turning it off withdraws consent and stops future analytics collection on that device; it does not by itself delete data already received by Google.

Retention, deletion, and service provider

Google processes analytics data for us under its applicable Firebase, Google Analytics, and data-processing terms. We require Google and any other service provider receiving data from us to provide the same or equivalent privacy protection described in this policy and required by applicable law. We use the resulting information only to understand and improve Pocket Perfect.

User-level and event-level analytics data is retained for no longer than 14 months. Aggregated, de-identified reports may be retained longer.

To request deletion of analytics data associated with your app installation, choose “Request analytics deletion” in Pocket Perfect Settings or email klay@kedapps.com. The in-app request includes the Firebase app-instance identifier when it is available. Pocket Perfect does not attach analytics events to your name or email, so we cannot identify specific records from an email address alone. When relevant records can be identified, we will submit a deletion request to Google Analytics; remaining unlinked data will expire under the retention schedule.
